
Charge Acquire Rights and Pick in Trade with Magic

CLEVELAND, OH - The Cleveland Charge of the NBA G League have acquired the returning player rights to F Aleem Ford and G Justin Jaworski, plus a second round pick in the 2024 NBA G League Draft from the Oceola Magic in exchange for the rights to the Cleveland's own first round pick in the 2024 NBA G League Draft.
Ford (6-8, 220, Wisconsin) spent the last two seasons playing with the Magic in the NBA G League. During the 2022-23 season, he played in 44 games (33 starts) and averaged 11.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 27.0 minutes per game. Ford earned an NBA Call-Up to Orlando during the 2021-22 season and appeared in five games in the NBA. He has also spent time playing professionally with Leones de Ponce in Puerto Rico's BSN.
Jaworski (6-3, 195, Lafayette) currently is playing professionally with Napoli in Italy's Serie A. He played in 37 combined games for the Oklahoma City Blue during the 2021-22 season before the Magic acquired his rights last year. Jaworski was First-Team All-Patriot League his senior season after a four-year career at Lafayette.
