
CFL teams up with Crown Royal

Canadians of legal-drinking-age are invited to celebrate Crown Royal's role as the Official Spirit of the CFL by participating in this unique, first-of-its-kind fan poll. The best-selling Canadian whisky in the world will reveal Canada's choice as the number one Crown Royal Crowning Moment in November 2005, just in time for the 93rd Annual Grey Cup in Vancouver. "Crown Royal and the CFL are distinctively Canadian. They're embraced by fans from coast-to-coast with a deep-rooted, long-standing passion," says Paul Neumann, Crown Royal Brand Manager. "The Crown Royal Crowning Moment fan poll will end decades of debate over what is the greatest Grey Cup play of all-time!"
The CFL has researched its entire video archive to select ten all-time amazing plays from past Grey Cups. They're posted in all their glory in the FAN ZONE section of the CFL's website, www.cfl.ca, which receives an incredible 1,000,000 plus page views per week. Simply log on, check out the action, and vote for your favourite play.
Crown Royal and the CFL are encouraging fans of legal-drinking-age to go online and get interactive with the chance to win some amazing limited-edition Crown Royal and CFL rewards.
