Toronto, ON - (February 16, 2006) - The following is a national summary
of CFL player and coach transactions announced earlier today by their

EDMONTON ESKIMOS
Agreed to terms on a new contract with import slotback Jason Tucker.
Tucker led the League in receiving yards this past season with 1,411. He scored 11 majors and was named a 2005 CFL All-Star.
HT - 6'2 WT - 180lbs DOB - Jun. 24, 1976 (San Francisco, CA) College: Texas Christian
Re-signed non-import defensive lineman Randy Spencer.
In 2005, Spencer recorded four tackles and three sacks.
HT - 6'4 WT - 275lbs DOB - Mar. 3, 1975 (Nepean, ON) College: Weber State
SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDERS
Re-signed non-import defensive tackle Scott Schultz.
In 2005, Schultz was named a CFL All-Star for the first time after he posted a career high in sacks with nine. He also recorded 27 defensive tackles and one fumble recovery.

WINNIPEG BLUE BOMBERS
Signed import linebacker Barrin Simpson.
Simpson led the BC Lions in tackles in 2005 with 71. He also registered six sacks, two forced fumbles, one interception and one fumble recovery.
HT - 5'11 WT - 228lbs DOB - Oct. 1, 1977 (Starkville, MI) College: Mississippi State
HAMILTON TIGER-CATS
Signed import running back Josh Ranek.
In 2005 with the Ottawa Renegades, Ranek ran for 1,157 yards and five touchdowns on 216 carries. He also hauled in 750 yards and scored two majors on 76 receptions.
HT - 5'8 WT - 205lbs DOB - May 11, 1978 (Tyndall, SD) College: South Dakota State
Signed non-import offensive lineman George Hudson.
Hudson started all 18 games for the Renegades in 2005.
HT - 6'4 WT - 310lbs DOB - Nov. 10, 1976 (St. Catherines, ON) College: New Mexico State
Signed non-import linebacker Ray Mariuz.
In 2005 as a member of the Toronto Argonauts, Mariuz led the team in special teams' tackles with 22. He also had 22 defensive tackles and three sacks.
