Washington Stealth News Release
EVERETT, Wash. - The National Lacrosse League has announced a change to its CBS Sports telecast schedule that substitutes the broadcast of the Washington Stealth, Buffalo Bandits telecast on Saturday, April 13 with a Toronto Rock, Philadelphia Wings telecast. A change to the CBS Sports Network programming schedule necessitated a move to an alternative broadcast time slot for the NLL on April 13.
"After looking at the many re-scheduling options with the NLL, it became clear that it is in the best interest of our hometown fans to stay with our scheduled start time on April 13," said David Takata, President of the Washington Stealth. "While the television appearance is desirable, we have a commitment to our local fans and their families that have already put this game-time on their calendars."
The Stealth, Bandits game on April 13 gets underway as scheduled at 6:45 p.m. PT at Everett's Comcast Arena. A webcast of the game is available live on The Lacrosse Network through The NLL on YouTube at YouTube.com/TLN. The full NLL announcement is available at www.NLL.com.
