CBA teams to hold draft parties

ALBANY, NY (September 20, 2007) - The Continental Basketball Association today announced that its member teams will be holding CBA Draft parties in conjunction with the CBA Draft on September 25.
CBA Draft Parties will be held at the following locations:
Albany Patroons - Washington Avenue Armory, 195 Washington Avenue in Albany
Butte Daredevils - The Depot, 818 S. Arizona in Butte
East Kentucky Miners - Applebee's, 172 Cassidy Blvd. in Pikeville
Great Falls Explorers - The Halftime Sports Bar, 1101 Northwest Bypass in Great Falls
Minot Skyrockets - Sports On Tap, 220 S Broadway in Minot
Oklahoma Cavalry - Best Western Lawton Hotel and Convention Center, 1125 E. Gore Blvd. in Lawton
Pittsburgh Xplosion - Holiday Inn Parkway East, 915 Brinton Road in Pittsburgh
Rio Grande Valley Silverados - Rod's Bar and Grill, 1204 Canton Road in Edinburg
Yakama Sun Kings - Jack-Sons Sports Bar, 432 South 48th Avenue in Yakima
"Fans are encouraged to come out and see how the CBA Draft works on a local level," said CBA Vice President of Basketball Operations Dennis Truax. "This is the kickoff for the season for all of our teams. It gives the fans a face to their franchise and lets them see who might be suiting up for their favorite team on Opening Night."
The CBA Draft will take place on Tuesday, September 25 and be webcast live from the Holiday Inn Parkway East in Pittsburgh starting at 8:00 PM EST. Fans can log on to the CBA Website (www.cbahoopsonline.com) or Web Television Network (www.webtelevisionnetwork.com) to follow all of the Draft action. Every selection will be updated as it happens, and the final results will be posted when the draft has concluded.

2 - Rio Grande Valley Silverados
3 - East Kentucky Miners
4 - Atlanta Krunk
5 - Pittsburgh Xplosion
6 - Butte Daredevils
7 - Great Falls Explorers
8 - Minot Skyrockets
9 - Albany Patroons
10 - Yakama Sun Kings
