
Cavs Winter Dance Clinic Scheduled For December 15

LAWTON, OKLA.- The Oklahoma Cavs Dance Team is holding its first Winter Dance Clinic Dec. 15 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Lawton High School gymnasium located at 601 N.W. Fort Sill Blvd.
All girls and boys ages 4-18 are invited to participate in the clinic. Not only will they get the opportunity to learn a new and exciting routine from the talented Cavs Dance Team members, the participants will also perform their routine at half-time of the Dec. 27 game against the Great Falls Explorers
Cavs Dance Team Choreographer Shelby McClure said the ladies are excited to be hosting their first clinic of the 2007-08 season and look forward to teaching all the participants that attend.
"We are thrilled to be hosting a dance clinic at Lawton High School," McClure said. "Performing at a sporting event is very exhilarating and gives young dancers a great opportunity. We could not be more excited to teach and interact with them."
A pre-registration fee of $75 (cash or money order) is required and includes a game ticket for the participant and t-shirt for the performance. The deadline for pre-registration is Dec. 10. Walk-up registration will be $85 on the day of the clinic.
