Lawton-Fort Sill Cavalry News Release
LAWTON, Okla. - The Lawton-Fort Sill Cavalry released this statement today in response to the Premier Basketball League's decision about the 2010 PBL Championship Series Game 1 last night in Rochester, New York.
First and foremost we want to apologize for our role in the events that took place last night at the Championship Game in Rochester. The game was an intense one from tip-off on through the last few seconds of the game and emotions were running high on both sides. That being said, we certainly understand the decisions that the PBL has made in response. We always try to prevent situations like this from happening but unfortunately this situation occurred anyways. Our fans and our community know that Coach Michael Ray Richardson and all of our Cavs players are good men who want to represent the best side of Lawton-Fort Sill and all that it has to offer.
