Cavs Assign Joe Harris to NBA D-League's Canton Charge

The Cleveland Cavaliers today reassigned Joe Harris to the Canton Charge, the team's NBA Development League affiliate.
The assignment is the record 191st of the 2014-15 season and Harris is one of 56 NBA players to be assigned to the NBA D-League this season.
