Cavalry Announces Summer Dates

Lawton-Fort Sill Cavalry News Release


LAWTON, OKLA- The Lawton-Fort Sill Cavalry announced dates for their summer basketball camp for boys and girls ages 8-17. Camp dates will be Monday through Friday, July 7-11.

The camp will be instructed by NBA stars Otis Birdsong, Greg Minor, and Michael Ray Richardson. CBA Champions Curtis Haywood and Adam Spanich will be assisting with instruction.

Boys and girls will improve ball handling skills, improve shooting, practice drills and participate in games and contests.

The Cavs basketball camp will be held at the Cameron University Fitness Center located at 2800 W. Gore Blvd. Boys and girls ages 8-12 will practice at 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., and campers ages 13-17 will practice from 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Registration fee is $100. The deadline for pre-registration is Friday, May 30. Campers will receive a Lawton-Fort Sill Cavalry Basketball camp T-shirt and certificate of participation.
