Cavaliers Assign Joe Harris to NBA D-League's Canton Charge

The Cleveland Cavaliers today re-assigned Joe Harris to the Canton Charge, the team's NBA Development League affiliate.
The assignment is the 123rd of the 2014-15 campaign and Harris is one of 44 NBA players to have been assigned to the NBA D-League this season.
