Cats to host games one and two in championship series

HUNTSVILLE, AL – The Huntsville Channel Cats have already secured the South East Hockey League regular season championship and will host games one, two and five of the best-of-five championship series.
The SEHL office announced today that game one will be held on Thursday, April 1 at 7:05pm and game two will be held on Friday, April 2 at 7:05pm. Game five, if necessary, will be determined once the Channel Cats opponent is decided.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, March 15 at the VBC Box Office and all TicketMaster locations. Gold level seating is $13.50, silver level is $11.50 and general admission is $8.50. Groups of 10 or more can get lower bowl seats for $9.00 and general admission seats for $5.00.
Season ticket holder will have until Friday, March 12 to purchase their seats for the playoffs. Limited “Ice Suites” are also available for all playoff games. Contact the Cats front office at (256) 518-6160 or log onto www.channelcatshockey.com for more information.
WUMP 730AM TO CARRY CATS PLAYOFF GAMES
The Huntsville Channel Cats have reached an agreement for WUMP 730AM to carry al the action of the playoff games. Morning talk show host Matt Perrault will do the play-by-play while former Channel Cat, Phil Daigle, will provide the color commentary.
