Carpenter Activated from 7-Day IL, Jimenez Transferred to 60-Day IL

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - In conjunction with the Minnesota Twins, the Cedar Rapids Kernels announce the following roster moves effective today. LHP Michael Carpenter has been activated from the 7-day IL and is active immediately; he will wear #50. C Enrique Jimenez has been transferred from the 7-Day IL to the 60-Day IL with a left hamstring strain. These moves were announced by Minnesota Twins Manager, Minor League Operations Jason Davila.
The 2026 Cedar Rapids roster currently sits at 30 active players, with 11 on the injured list and one on MiLB rehab.
Cedar Rapids concludes its six-game series at Veterans Memorial Stadium against Peoria today at 1:05.
