Captains and Aeros Exhibition game cancelled

Lake County Captains News Release


(Eastlake, OH) - The exhibition game between the Lake County Captains and the Akron Aeros, the Double A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians, scheduled at Classic Park on Tuesday April 1st at 6:05p.m has been cancelled due to wet grounds. Any one who has a ticket to the game may turn it in at the Classic Park box office for a box seat ticket for any Captains regular season home game in 2008.

All tickets for the 2008 Captains season are on sale now at the Classic Park Box Office, at captainsbaseball.com or by calling the box office at 440-954-WINS.

The Lake County Captains are a Class A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians and play their home games at Classic Park in Eastlake, at the corners of State Route 91 and Vine Street. The regular season home opener is scheduled for April 8th versus the Delmarva Shorebirds, the Class A affiliate for the Baltimore Orioles.
