Lincoln Ne - - While the NFL winded down on Sunday, the Lincoln Capitols continued their preparation for the 2005 NIFL season.
Capitol defensive back and Notre Dame alumni Ty Goode was pleased with the second tryout. "Everyone looked good today and no one is breathing hard so I think we are all ready to go."
All the Lincoln Capitols and their coach Pat Schaben can't wait to get the season started. The Capitols first game is less then a month away with opening kickoff set for March 13th at the Pershing Center. The Capitols open with four straight home games and there are ticket packages still available.
