
Canad Inns To Serve As Camp Hotel

Brandon, Manitoba -- With September right around the corner, the 2008-2009 Western Hockey League season can't be far behind and with that in mind, the Brandon Wheat Kings are pleased to announce that the Canad Inns Brandon has been chosen the club's Host Hotel for this year's Training Camp.
This year's Camp, which officially kicks off on Tuesday, August 26th, will conclude on Sunday, August 31st with the Wheat Kings' Annual Intrasquad Game, scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
The Canad Inns Brandon opened in March 2005 and is a member of the largest Manitoba hotel chain. It is owned and operated by the Canad Corporation, "a privately owned Manitoba company."
"We're excited to support and promote the Wheat Kings," says Canad Inns Brandon general manager Charlene Harris. "They're a great organization and it's a pleasure to be associated with them as they go in search of another Eastern Division pennant."
