Trailing 4-3 entering the top of the ninth inning, the Brockton Rox rallied for four runs and went on to a 7-4 win, the team's seventh victory in a row. Brockton starter Craig Anderson pitched just three innings, allowing one run on three hits. Anderson did not factor in the decision, but did record one strikeout, giving him 1,000 for his career. Reliever Keith Noe picked up the win to run his mark to 5-2 on the season. Rox RF Keith Brachold led the way at the plate. He was 2-for-5 with a triple, a run scored and three RBI.

Down 6-4 heading into the bottom of the eighth inning, the Quebec Capitales put together a three-run rally and rode it to a 7-6 win, clinching the second half crown. Quebec C Patrick D'Aoust led the way at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a run scored and a RBI while CF Goef Tomlinson was 1-for-3 with a double and two RBI. Capitales reliever Jason Schutt picked up the win, his fourth, and fellow reliever Derek McDaid held the lead in the ninth inning for his sixth save.
