Quebec DH Doug Toro led off the bottom of the 12th inning with a double and RF Sebastien Boucher singled him home to give the Capitales a 4-3 victory over the Worcester Tornadoes. Quebec closer Jason Schutt worked 2 1/3 innings to get the victory. Starter Eric Gagne turned in a solid outing as he went 7 1/3 innings and struck out five. He allowed two earned runs on three hits. Capitales 2B Alex Nunez led all hitters in the game as he finished 3-for-5 with a RBI. Worcester DH Nick Salotti hit his third homer in a losing effort.
