Pittsfield 2, Quebec 0
Pittsfield LF Angel Molina hit a two-run single in the first, and the Colonials shut down the Quebec offense in a 2-0 victory. Pittsfield starter Miguel A. Flores pitched seven scoreless innings, allowing just six hits to earn his second win of the season. Reliever Giuseppe Granitto didn't allow a run over the final two innings, and registered his first save.
Brockton 8, New Jersey 1
Brockton starter Freddy Flores improved to 4-0 by allowing just one run over seven innings, and the Rox throttled New Jersey 8-1. Flores scattered six hits and struck out three before handing the game over to reliever Jeff Dunn, who pitched two scoreless innings. The Rox used a balanced offensive attack to support Flores without registering a home run. SS Dominic Ramos tallied three hits and 3B Phillip Cuadrado had two hits and three RBI, including a two-run triple in Brockton's five-run fourth inning. New Jersey leadoff man RF Kevin Clark hit his third home run of the season to account for the Jackals' only offense.
Worcester 11, Sussex 3
Behind the bat of 3B Chris Colabello and the arm of starter Matt Giusti, Worcester scored eight unanswered runs to bury Sussex 11-3. Colabello hit two-run homers in both the sixth and eighth innings, and finished 3-for-5 at the plate with three runs scored. Also starring offensively was DH Nick Salotti, who tallied four hits and four RBI. On the mound, Giusti pitched a complete game, allowing three runs and just five hits to register his second win of the season.
