Rockland 2, Ottawa 1 (7 Innings)

Cody Regis hit a solo home run in the sixth inning to break a 1-1 tie and help Rockland defeat Ottawa, 2-1. This game was called due to rain in the bottom of the seventh after a 31-minute rain delay.

The Boulders jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the third on a sacrifice fly by Mike Montville. The Champions responded with a run in the top of the sixth on a solo blast by Jordan Caillouet. The 1-1 tie was short-lived however as Regis' home run in the bottom half of the inning gave Rockland the lead for good.

Regis went 2-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI while JC Rodriguez collected a pair of hits and scored a run.

Boulders pitcher Frank Moscatiello tossed 2 2/3 innings of relief and notched his third win of the season. Moscatiello gave up an earned run on two hits and struck out two batters.

For Ottawa in the loss, Chase Harris had a 3-for-4 game with two stolen bases.

Sussex County at Trois-Rivieres (Postponed - Rain)

The game between Sussex County and Trois-Rivieres was postponed due to rain. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, August 18 beginning at 5:05 PM. Both contests will be seven innings.

Quebec at New Jersey (Postponed - Rain)

The game between Quebec and New Jersey was postponed due to rain. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, August 18 beginning at 4:05 PM. Both contests will be seven innings.
