Worcester 3, Rockland 2 (Game 2 - 7 innings)
The Worcester Tornadoes completed the Sunday sweep of the double header with the Rockland Boulders by taking game two 3-2. The Tornadoes broke the 2-2 tie in the fifth inning when 2B Tony Patane (pictured) hit a solo home run, it was his only hit of the game. None of the Tornadoes though had more than one hit in the game. Two Boulders on the other hand had multi-hit games as 3B Phillip Cuadrado and DH Ryan Mollica were both 2-for-3. Rockland LF Keith Brachold hit his 21st home run of the season with a shot in the first inning. P Walker McKiven was the winner of the game as he threw five innings and allowed just two runs on five hits.
