
California Dream Beats Boston Lobsters 20-17 at Home

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (July 17, 2015) - Sacramento's California Dream faced the Austin Aces for a second night in a row, this time on home turf and fought a tough battle but lost 20-17 during tonight's home match at Sunrise Marketplace. The California Dream has played five matches with standings at 3-3 for the season.
Men's singles opened the night with a strong win by Tennys Sandgren (Dream) who beat Alex Kuznetsov (Lobsters) 5-2.
In the second set, Jarka Gajdosova (Dream) took the win from Irina Falconi (Lobsters) 5-4 in women's singles.
Men's doubles Alex Kuznetsov and Scott Lipsky (Lobsters) beating Neal Skupski and Annabel Medina Garrigues (Dream) 5-1
Irina Falconi and Arantxa Parra Santonja (Lobsters) def. Anabel Medina Garrigues and Jarka Gajdosova (Dream) 5-4 in women's doubles.
The Dream dominated in mixed doubles with Neal Skupski and Anabel Medina Garrigues (Dream) def. Scott Lipsky and Arantxa Parra Santonja (Lobsters) 5-1.

The California Dream play their next home match on Tuesday, July 21 at 7:30 p.m., which is the Dream's final Family Fun Night where a four-pack of General Admission tickets, four all-beef hot dogs and four non-alcoholic beverages is just $60.00 (total value $111). They will face the visiting Springfield Lasers for the second time at home (1-5).
Sunrise Marketplace, in Citrus Heights, Calif., will host all home matches during the 2015 regular season which runs through July 29. The Dream will play seven home matches this July on a specially constructed stadium in the North parking lot at Sunrise Mall. Sunrise MarketPlace will be an inaugural sponsor of the California Dream.
