Event: WINGS PLAYER CELEBRRATES HIS BIRTHDAY WITH PATIENTS AT SHRINER'S HOSTPITAL

Date/Time: Tuesday, January 25 at 12:00 p.m.

Details: Philadelphia Wings Alex Turner and Athan Iannucci visit the Shriner's Hospital for Children(r)-Philadelphia to celebrate Alex Turner's birthday. The left handed forward turned 23 this past Saturday, January 22. His birthday present was a Wings' win as Philadelphia's indoor lacrosse team beat the Colorado Mammoth 11-10 at the Pepsi Center in Denver, CO.

Turner and Nooch will put on a lacrosse demo for the children as well as visit and share cake and ice cream. Shriner's Hospital for Children(r)-Philadelphia is a pediatric specialty hospital caring for kids with orthopedic conditions and spinal cord injuries. Children up to age 18 are eligible for care and receive all services in a family-centered environment, regardless to the patients' ability to pay

The Philadelphia Wings (1-2) travel to Boston this Friday, January 28 to take on the Blazers (2-2) at the TD Garden at 7:30 p.m.

The next Wings home game is on Saturday, January 29 against the Colorado Mammoth at the Wells Fargo Center at 7 p.m.
