Bulls Look to Lock-Up 2nd Place this Weekend

AMARILLO, TX - The Amarillo Bulls can lock-up second place and home-ice advantage in the first round of the NAHL's South Division playoffs with a couple of wins this weekend. That big push starts tomorrow (Saturday) night when the Bulls host the Corpus Christi IceRays at 7 pm in The Bull Pen at the Amarillo Civic Center.

The Bulls, which still have five games left in their schedule, are tied for second place in the South Division with the Texas Tornado but are placed ahead with more wins. The Tornado host Corpus Christi tonight in their second to last regular season game. Amarillo has dominated the season series versus the IceRays with eight wins in 10 games.

There are two big promotions planned for this weekend. The first is It's Noche de Toro's/Hispanic Night on Saturday, and $5 tickets are available from all LaFrontera Restaurant located on South Arthur Street in Amarillo.

On Sunday, when Amarillo and Corpus Christi get together at 6 pm for the final time during the regular season there is a special $40 Family Frenzy Ticket Package that includes four (4) tickets and four (4) hotdogs.
