Amarillo Bulls News Release
AMARILLO, TX - Fans can help the local chapter of the American Red Cross and families affected by the recent Wildfires tomorrow (Friday) night.
That's when the Amarillo Bulls entertain the New Mexico Mustangs at 7 pm at The Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center. One dollar from every ticket sold will be donated to the local chapter of the American Red Cross.
"The chapter feels incredibly blessed at the amazing response in our community to the needs of those affected by the recent disasters," said Chapter Executive Vicky Richmond. "The Amarillo Bulls Hockey Club has stepped up to support disaster fundraising and we are very grateful."
"We are very excited to see what kind of reception we'll get for this fundraiser," said General Manager Chris Laurie. "I'd love to see over 3000 fans in the Civic Center, which would garner an impressive donation for the local Red Cross Chapter and the wildfire victims. It's going to be a fun night and a great hockey game!"
Tomorrow's game faces off a huge three game home stand for the Bulls that continues Saturday and Sunday with games against the first place Topeka RoadRunners. The puck drop times are 7 pm and 6 pm, respectively.
On Saturday night it's $1 hotdogs, and Sunday the first 200 fans will receive a red Bulls T-Shirt courtesy of UniFirst.
Tickets for this weekend's games are available at all Panhandle Ticket Outlets including United Supermarkets, Civic Center Box Office or online at www.amarillobulls.com.
