Belleville Bulls News Release
Belleville, ON - Belleville Bulls Head Coach and GM George Burnett announced Wednesday that the team has acquired veteran forward Brett Gustavsen from the Ottawa 67's in exchange for a 4th round pick in the 2016 OHL Priority Selection.
The Scarborough native was originally drafted by the 67's in 2010. Brett has played his entire OHL career with Ottawa, and was also a pivotal player for the Mississauga Rebels team that won the OHL Cup in 2010.
"Brett brings skill, speed, an exceptional compete level and work habits to our team" said Burnett following the trade. "He is a versatile forward who can play the game many different ways and will quickly become a fan favourite here in Belleville."
Brett will join his new teammates August 27th when the Bulls open up training camp at the Yardmen Arena.
