The Bucks picked up their second straight win Tuesday night with a 3-2 overtime win over Texas at the LEA. Jeff Hazelwood scored just 1:50 into overtime to help the Bucks move into a tie for fourth-place with Mississippi. Since November 22nd the Bucks have gone 5-1-2 in their last eight games, moving up from eighth to fourth place in the Berry Conference. The Bucks are just two points back of Texas for third.

A win for the Bucks Friday night would put them over the .500 mark for the first time since November 6th when they were 4-3-1 and give Laredo their first three-game winning streak of the season.

Laredo enters Friday having won three straight home games for the first time this season. The Bucks are looking for their first four-game home winning streak since Feb 18th- March 4th of last season.

Neil Trimm is fourth in the CHL in scoring with 31 points (7-2431), just seven off the league lead. Through 21 games this season Trimm has already surpassed his point total from last season with Laredo. Trimm had 30 points (14-1630) in 43 games last season for the Bucks.

Arizona will play game five of their six-game Texas road trip Friday night in Laredo. Thus far the Sundogs are 2-1-1 during the trip with their two wins coming against Rio Grande Valley.

Arizona is in a three-way tie for fifth in the Berry Conference with Odessa and Tulsa having 19 points.
