LAREDO, TX: The Laredo Bucks, of the Central Hockey League, announced Thursday that the Friday night game versus the Allen Americans will be televised live on Time Warner Cable.
The Laredo Bucks and the Allen Americans will face each other for the ninth time this season in Allen, Texas on Friday, February 24th at 7:05pm. The game will be televised live on Time Warner Cable, on the Texas Channel, channel 888. This will be the first televised game of the season for the Laredo Bucks.
The Laredo Bucks will return home to the LEA to face the Americans Saturday, February 25th at 7:30pm. The last time these two teams met at the Laredo Energy Arena there were over 300 minutes in penalties! WATCH PARTY AT HAL'S LANDING:
The Laredo Bucks will be hosting a watch party at Hal's Landing on Tuesday, February 28th. The Bucks will take on their rivals the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees. The puck drops at 7pm.
LITERACY NIGHT/DR. SEUSS'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION:
The Laredo Bucks will be hosting a book drive on Friday, March 2nd (Dr. Seuss' Birthday)! The Bucks are encouraging all fans to bring any new or gently used books to the game. Also, the Laredo Bucks will be wearing special Dr. Seuss jerseys to auction off after the game. This will be the last specialty jersey auction of the season. Don't miss out!
GIVE BLOOD, PLAY HOCKEY:
The Laredo Bucks and the South Texas Blood & Tissue Center will host a Blood Drive Saturday, March 3rd 10am-5pm at the Laredo Energy Arena. All donors will receive 2 tickets to an upcoming game and more!
