Laredo Bucks News Release
LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League were once again out in the community in full force last week. Here is a list of where Bucks coaches, players, front office staff, and Bucky were last week, and where they are going this week. Look for the weekly Bucks community update on www.laredobucks.com.
On Thursday (Dec 18) the Bucks will deliver toys to children at Doctors Hospital. 282 toys were collected at the Bucks toy drive on December 5th at the LEC.
Below is a list of the events the Bucks organization attended last week, and will attend this week.
WHERE WE'VE BEEN (December 8-13):
Monday, December 8th: Nicole Kupaks attend the Gateway Rotary Meeting, at Embassy Suites.
Monday, December 8th: Jaye Judd, Ryan Salvis and Bryan Benway played floor hockey, at Dovalina Elementary.
Tuesday, December 9th: Rick Kozak, Mike Gooch and Nicole Kupaks played floor hockey, at Daiches Elementary.
Wednesday, December 10th: Justin Farris attended the Laredo Rotary Meeting, at Holiday Inn.
Friday, December 12th: Nicole Kupaks attended the Bienvenidos Committee Christmas Luncheon, at the Laredo Chamber of Commerce of Boardroom.
Saturday, December 13th: Bucky and Keith Moore visited the Burke Foundation, at Los Arcos.
WHERE WE'RE GOING (December 15-20):
Tuesday, December 16th: Bucky will attend the Navidad en el Bario, at the LEC, at 11am.
Wednesday, December 17th:
The Laredo Bucks will attend the Gateway Rotary Paul Harris Event, at the LEC, at 7pm.
Thursday, December 18th: The Laredo Bucks will deliver toys at Doctors Hospital.
Saturday, December 20th: Bucky and Justin
Farris will visit with the pediatric cancer support group, at Doctors Hospital, at 2pm.
Since 2001 the Laredo Bucks take pride that they have been heavily involved in the Laredo community. The Bucks front office, coaching staff, players and Bucky have appeared at 475 events in 2008, and look forward to many more.
