Bucks Battle for Win over Blizzard, 58-46

BISMARCK, N.D. - Both offenses came prepared with nearly every possession in the first half resulting in a score. The Green Bay Blizzards started it off with #21 Kerrion Moore catching a 26 yd pass for the first touchdown of the game. The Bismarck Bucks answered back, #22 Justin Rankin had a 6 yard rushing touchdown and #23 Cody Barber's kick was good to tie the game 7-7. The Blizzards had their first misstep of the game, fumbling on the kick return on their next possession, resulting in a Bucks field goal. But the Blizzard are unphased, #1 Eric Thomas Jr. scored on a huge kick return, #13 Henry Nell's kick brings the score to 10-14 Blizzards. The Bucks answer right back with another completed pass to Rankin, Bucks take the narrow 14-17 lead.

The second quarter starts with a huge Blizzard interception by #7 Momodou Mbye but the Blizzard are unable to capitalize. However they get the ball right back as #11 Damion May scores to push the Blizzard into the lead, 21-17. After another Blizzard interception, Eric Thomas Jr. scores a touchdown to extend the lead 28-17. Bucks Quarterback Glenn Cuiellete finally finds the endzone, running it in for his first score of the game shrinking Green Bay's lead to 23-28. After a strong defensive stop by the Bucks, Bismarck forces the Blizzard to settle for a field goal pushing green bays lead to 31-23. The quarter ends with a good field goal by Barber, heading into the half, the score is 27-31 Green Bay Blizzards.

The scoring momentum continued as the second half opened with another rushing touchdown by Quarterback Glenn Cuiellete giving the Bucks the lead, 33-31. After a huge defensive stop by the Bucks, Justin Rankin rumbles in for a 34 yard run. After another unanswered score, Bucks take the lead 39-31. The Blizzard finally answer back as #4 Trevon Saunders receives a touchdown and #10 Kezlow Smith goes on to complete the 2 point conversion, bringing the score to a 39-39 tie with 1:39 left in the third quarter.

Quarterback Glenn Cuiellete opens the quarter with his third rushing touchdown of the game, giving the Bucks the lead, 45-39. Blizzards respond as #21 Kerrion Moore runs it in for a touchdown, score is 45-46 Blizzard. After a back and forth battle, the Bucks dominate the final few minutes of the game. #32 Darreon Jackson runs a kick return for a touchdown and #24 Larry Ross III has a fumble recovery for a touchdown. Bucks come out on top over the Blizzard, 58-46.
