
Bruins fall to Hartford

The Providence Bruins wrapped up a stretch of four games in five nights on Sunday afternoon in Hartford, falling to the Wolf Pack, 6-0. The Bruins season record is 9-8-2-2 (22 points), keeping them in fourth place in the Atlantic Division.
Bruin goaltender Hannu Toivonen stopped 22 of the 26 shots he faced in the first two periods, taking the loss on the night. He is now 8-8-1 on the season. Andrew Allen played the final period, surrendering two goals on 13 shots.
The Bruins return home to host the Manchester Monarchs on Friday, December 3 at 7:05 p.m. The game will be the second of six to be televised live on COX Sports Television. Corey Masse (play by play) and Boston Bruins legend and Hockey Hall of Fame member Gerry Cheevers will call the action. The Bruins also host the Hershey Bears on Sunday, December 5 at 4:05 p.m.
