Kenai River Brown Bears News Release
The Brown Bears first period struggles continued against the Johnstown Tomahawks. In a period the saw Kenai out shot Johnstow 16-9, it also saw johnstown leading 3-1. The lone Brown Bear goal came from Tanner Schachle (Butcher). The second period saw more of the same the Bear's outshot Johnstown 15-12 but found themselves trailing 5-2 after two periods. The second period goal came from Ben Campbell (Andrews). The third period was to little to late for the Bears as they could only get one more past the Tomahawks net minder: Matt Rudin (Campbell Kazsupski).
