(San Ramon, CA) The Board of Directors of Diamond Sports & Entertainment (DSE) is pleased to announce that Brian MacInnes has been promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer for the company. MacInnes joined the company a year ago with a corporate audit practice background from Deloitte and Touche. He has been responsible for operating DSE's Lines of Business in 2011 and has brought extensive financial skills and structure to the organization leading the recovery from a difficult 2010.

"Brian has done a very impressive job for us in the past year," said DSE Board of Directors Member, Kevin Outcalt. "His ability to focus on profitability, financial management, and expansion into new lines of business is just what the company needs at this time and positions us well for growth going forward."

MacInnes' front office organizations were also responsible for a number of nationally recognized marketing programs that drove increased attendance and revenue at a number of the North American League ballparks including bringing Jose Canseco in to manage the Yuma Scorpions, signing Eri Yoshida "The Knuckle Princess" who became the first female to start and win a professional baseball game, and a greatly increased focus on fundraising programs to support the local community charities and fill the stadiums.
