Brett Kissel to Sing Nation Anthem and Performing a High 'Energy' Half-Time Show

The Edmonton Energy and fans are in for a special treat with the welcome of a special half-time show guest. Brett Kissel will be singing the nation anthem and performing a high 'Energy' half-time show for the Edmonton Energy on Friday June 24th along with the NRG Dance Team. Brett Kissel is a young hot country sensation in Canada, having sold out 34 consecutive shows on his recent tour. He has played Big Valley Jamboree and sold out the Winspear Centre in Edmonton. This young performer is known for his stunning performances and humble character. Kissel had several number one hits on Canadian country radio. He has been playing guitar since he was seven years old and is originally from a cattle ranch near Flat Lake, AB. After the game, Kissel will be signing autographs for all fans before he heads over to Hudson's on Campus for the post-game party.

We anticipate a huge showing for this exciting night where the Energy will be competing for first place against the Albany Legends in their last home game series of the season! This is the second round against the Albany Legends for the Energy who won 1 game and lost 2 games against the Legends in the opening weekend of Edmonton's IBL play- in New York. Tip-off is 7:30PM both Friday and Saturday night at the University of Alberta Main Gym and tipoff is 2PM on Sunday.
