Mississippi Braves outfielder Stephen Gaylor has been placed on the disabled list. Outfielder Connor Lien has been transferred back to Double-A Mississippi from R-Danville.

Gaylor, 25, had a .118 batting average through 13 games with the M-Braves this season. Last season, the outfielder spent most of the year at High-A Carolina where he hit .241 in 59 games. He also played 49 games with the Double-A Braves, posting a .250 average. He ranked tied for fifth most stolen bases (18) among all Braves farmhands in 2016. A native of Rome, GA, Gaylor was signed by the Braves as a non-drafted free agent on August 12, 2014 out of Berry College (GA).

Lien, 23, is hitting .187 with 10 extra-base hits and 14 RBI through 41 games with the M-Braves this season. He missed a large portion of the 2016 season after exiting the M-Braves game on opening day last year. He returned after the all-star break and finished the season with a .233 average in 64 contests. A native of Windermere, FL, Lien was selected by the Braves in the 12th round of the 2012 draft.

The Mississippi roster has 25 active players and 4 disabled.
