Brampton A's Historic Debut at the Powerade Centre October 25th

ORANGEVILLE, Ontario. - This Friday, October 25th at 7:00 PM, the City of Brampton will host its first ever professional basketball game, as their home NBL team, The Brampton A's take court against the Ottawa SkyHawks in their first pre-season game.

In an effort to thank the community of Brampton for all that it has done to welcome the team, the parent company of The A's, the Athlete Institute is offering the community of Brampton a special promotion for attending this first ever professional basketball event: Buy One Get One Free (BOGO), for EVERYONE!

The intention is to "Pack the Powerade" this Friday. This promotion is in addition to the every-day incredible Family Pack offer of 4 tickets for $50. In combination, 8 tickets can be purchased for this pre- season game at the low price of $50 with this special BOGO offer.

The A's would like to thank the city of Brampton, Community Leaders, The A's Ambassadors, and Mayor Fennell for all that they have done to welcome our organization into your community. Your assistance in facilitating our initiative to serve the community through visiting 40 schools in 40 days, in order to further our message of hope and dreams to all Brampton community members has been invaluable.

On Sunday October 27th @ 2:00 PM, The A's will take the court again against the NBL's two time defending champions, the London Lightning at the Budweiser Gardens.

The Brampton A's will begin their inaugural season on November 1st, with their first home games on November 15 th & 16 th at the Powerade Centre, where they will take the court for all their home games for the 2013-2014 season. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster or at www.bramptonas.ca.
