Brahmas Prepare For Huge Weekend Conference Battle

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (February 12)-Several items are up for viewing for Brahmas fans for the week regarding this weekend's games, unused ticket policy, game date change and other eventful actions.
* WEEKEND GAMES AND PROMOTIONS: The NYTEX Sports Centre will be hopping this weekend as the Brahmas will have back to back games Friday and Saturday against the Odessa Jackalopes. The Brahmas are currently the top team in the Southern Conference by a single point over Odessa. The teams have split the series thus far this season 1-1. Fans in attendance for Friday will have a treat as it is Ashley Furniture Youth Jersey Night where the first 1000 kids 12 and under will receive a free Brahmas youth jersey courtesy of Ashley Furniture Homestore. On Saturday, in recognition of St. Valentine's Day, ZuRoma Bar and Grill (located in the NYTEX Sports Centre) will feature couples dinners for a special rate before, during and after the Brahmas game. * PIN SWAP: The NYTEX Sports Centre will be hosting a Hockey Pin Swap this Saturday from 5-7 PM in the lobby near the Hockey Shop. Several youth hockey teams will be on hand to swap their pins before the Brahmas take the ice.
* UNUSED TICKET POLICY: With only 10 regular season home games remaining, all Texas Brahmas season ticket holders are encouraged to begin trading in their unused tickets for additional seats for upcoming games. This is the perfect opportunity to turn friends and family into Brahmas fanatics.
* XCW WRESTLING: XCW Wrestling is offering $5 tickets to their match Friday, February 13 to all Brahmas fans that attend the Brahmas game. XCW Wrestling is moving back their start time to 9 PM to accommodate Brahmas fan and make it possible for them to come and enjoy wrestling after the game. Hockey fans must present Brahmas game ticket to receive the discount. The event will take place in the Tejas Volleyball arena.
* BRAHMAS SPRING CLASSIC '09: Enjoy a day of golf with your Texas Brahmas Sunday, March 1 as the Brahmas host their Spring Classic at Iron Horse Golf Club in North Richland Hills. Check-in is at 12:30 with a shotgun start beginning at 1 PM. To register as an individual, team or sponsor a hole, please contact Tom Hart at thart@brahmas.com or 402-598-3713.
* POST-GAME CASINO NIGHT: Following the Brahmas game on Friday, March 6th fans will have the opportunity to participate in a Casino Event in the Tejas Volleyball Arena. Tickets are available for $40 and can be purchased at the special Casino Night table at the NYTEX Sports Centre lobby at all Brahmas home games prior to March 6th. A special package is also available for $50 and includes one (1) Brahmas game ticket. All of the action begins at 9 PM that night and will continue following the Brahmas home game vs Corpus Christi.
* GAME DATE CHANGE: The Brahmas game on March 20 in Laredo has been rescheduled for a March 19 at 7 PM. The change is due to scheduling conflict with the Laredo Entertainment Center.
