Fort Worth Brahmas News Release
The Fort Worth Brahmas Booster Club would like to invite all fans and supporters of the Fort Worth Brahmas Hockey Club to attend the Fort Worth City Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 6, at 7:00 p.m. This Council meeting will be held at City Hall in downtown Fort Worth at 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, Texas, 76102.
At the conclusion of the council meeting agenda (approximately 8:00 p.m.), members of the Brahmas Booster Club and other Brahmas fans will make citizen presentations to the City Council, speaking for up to three minutes to City Council members about the City's treatment of the Brahmas in the team's recent lease negotiations. Should you wish to share your feelings about how important the Brahmas have been to you and your thoughts on the current suspension of operations of the team, please feel free to come and do so. This is an excellent opportunity to let the Fort Worth city leaders know your opinions on this matter. If you wish to make a citizen's presentation, you must arrive between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. and sign in at the council secretary's desk (located in front of the council chambers).
If you any further questions or need additional information, please contact Sheri Long or Mary Bradford of the Fort Worth Brahmas Booster Club at dubyssmokin@hotmail.com or mbrad0403@aol.com. Thank you for your continued support of the Fort Worth Brahmas and the Fort Worth Brahmas Booster Club.
