New York, NY- The National Women's Hockey League (www.nwhl.co) today announced that Buffalo Beauts defenseman Megan Bozek has been named Player of the Week.
Bozek scored the game-winner in Buffalo's 4-3 overtime victory over Boston, marking the Beauts first victory over the Pride in five tries this season. She is the first blue liner to receive Player of the Week honors.
