
Bounce schedules dance team auditions

South Alabama Bounce News Release
Evergreen, AL. The ABA South Alabama Bounce today announced that they will hold auditions for the dance team on Sunday, September 17th from 8am-12noon in Evergreen Alabama, exact location to be determined. Members selected after the first cut will return to the gym at 5pm. A basketball tryout game and introduction of the Dance Team will take place at 6pm. The auditions will be closed to the public, the game at 6pm and Dance Team introduction will be open to the public.
You are welcome to invite family and friends to attend the game. Thirty ladies will be selected from the auditions to perform at the game. A total of 20-25 members will be chosen (by both judges and fans) for the official dance team. These ladies will perform for the upcoming basketball season. The final voting for the official members of the dance team will be posted on the South Alabama Bounce website. Participants must wear all Black & Red dance attire. A Black crop top (that show midriff), Red shorts, flesh tone tights, Black athletic tennis or dance shoes. All participants must arrive to auditions on time, with performance ready hair and makeup, a photo, proof of age (drivers license or state ID) and $25 registration fee.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age, should be physically fit and have previous dance or cheer experience. Black & Red attire must be worn for both the auditions and game at 6pm. The South Alabama Bounce are looking for women 18 & up who are both talented and excited to become part of the South Alabama Bounce dance team. The judges will look for partipants who possess lots of energy and those with great personalities. Please note: Home Games during the basketball season will take place in Mobile at the USA Mitchell Center on the University of South Alabama Campus. Members must have their own transportation for both games and practices - two per week - Tuesdays and Thursdays - 7pm-9pm. For more information visit www.ababouncebasketball.com or www.abalive.com.
