
Bombers to Appear at Magical Night of Giving

The Dayton Bombers Professional Hockey Team has announced that players will be attending "The Magical Night of Giving" at The Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, Ohio this Sunday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Approximately twelve Bombers will be at the event. The team will be featured just outside the upper level Lazarus location. Door prizes will be awarded all evening at this special gala affair. In addition, very exclusive sales offers will provided on this one night only.
The Bombers have two home games this weekend. Tonight, November 15, the Bombers will host Wheeling (7:30 p.m). Jaffe & Gross- The Jewelry Company will be presenting "Who's Got the Real Diamond?" Night at this game. 500 Ladies will receive a stone. They then are encouraged to visit Jaffe & Gross- The Jewelry Company at the Kettering Tower in downtown Dayton to see if the stone is a real diamond. One lady will be the lucky winner of a free diamond, courtesy of Jaffe & Gross- The Jewelry Company. The Bombers prevailed at home 4-1 on Saturday, October 12, then edged the Nailers 3-2 in overtime on Sunday, November 3 at the Wheeling Civic Center. The Bombers have five more meetings against Wheeling after this one (two at the Nutter Center, three at Wheeling). The next head-to-head clash will be later this month on home ice (11/23).
Tomorrow, November 16, the Bombers will entertain Toledo (7:30 p.m). 1000 T-Shirts will be given away at this game, courtesy of Ohio Lottery and LA Sports Apparel. The Bombers are 1-1 against the first-place Storm this season, falling at the Toledo Sports Arena 4-1 on October 19, then blanking Toledo 6-0 at the Ervin J. Nutter Center on Sunday, October 27. That shutout win by goalie Shane Bendera launched the Bombers' current six-game unbeaten (in regulation) streak (4-0-2). The Bombers play the Storm a total of ten times this regular season. Another home game against Toledo is scheduled for later this month (11/30).
