
Bombers Host Defending Prospect League Champion Paints Tonight

The Dubois County Bombers will look to continue their winning ways at League Stadium tonight when they host the defending Prospect League champion Chillicothe Paints in the opener of a two game series. The Bombers have won both league games at home so far this year with exciting come from behind efforts.
Last night the Bombers were in Nashville where they dropped a 5-2 decision to the Outlaws. Danny Poma (Hofstra) and Nick Stoia (Franklin) each had two hits for the Bombers. Ryan Rizzi (South Suburban College) pitch 6 innings for the Bombers and allowed 5 runs but only two of them were earned as the Bombers had a tough night in the field with 4 errors. Chillicothe is 2-4 in the early season while the Bombers stand at 3-3.
