BROOKLYN, New York - Chris Testa stopped all 39 shots he faced to propel the Cape Cod Bluefins over the Brooklyn Aviators, 3-0, on Saturday night in Federal Hockey League action at the Aviator Sports and Events Center.

Billy Tibbets netted the third goal for the Bluefins late in the final period to ice the victory for Cape Cod, giving the former NHLer two points on the night.

Cape Cod struck first in the opening frame at the 9:47 mark on AJ Tesoriero's second goal of the season. Line mate David Lun fed him a perfect pass in front of A's netminder Jo St. Pierre, and Tesoriero tapped the puck home to give the Bluefins a 1-0 lead after twenty.

Kevin McCready doubled the Bluefins lead, 2-0, with his eighth tally of the campaign at the 12:35 spot of the second period. McCready buried a one-timer from the right wing circle on a beautiful pass from Tibbets.

St. Pierre stopped 26 in the losing effort, while Testa earned his third win of the season in the shutout victory.
