EVANSVILLE, IN: The Evansville BlueCats (3-8) will be on the road this Saturday night when they travel to face the Sioux City Bandits (3-9) at the Tyson Events Center. The BlueCats and Bandits met at Roberts Stadium earlier this season with Sioux City coming away with a 28-26 victory back on April 21st. This Saturday's game will be Evansville's first trip to Sioux City since June 18th, 2005.
Kickoff for Saturday night is scheduled for 7:05pm and can be heard live in Evansville on News-Talk 1280 WGBF-AM or live on the web at www.103gbfrocks.com. Jimmie Ford will be on play-by-play, the pre-game show will start at 6:45pm.

BlueCats running back Ray Kirkley is expected to return this week after sitting out last week with a knee injury. Running back Michael Cosey filled in admirably as the starter, scoring 3 touchdowns against Lexington on the way to UIF Offensive Player of the Week "Honorable Mention" honors.
The BlueCats offense will be facing a Sioux City defense that ranks first in the league in passing defense and ranks last in the league in rushing defense. Overall the Bandits rank 3rd and the BlueCats rank 4th in the league in total defense, giving up an average of 199.2 and 206.3 yards per game, respectively.
The BlueCats defense features several talented players, led by UIF Defensive Player of the Week Deion Holts. Last week against Lexington, Deion tallied 5.5 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 2 safeties and 2 sacks. He also blocked a kick. His 2 sacks in the game moved Deion into first place on the BlueCats career sacks list. His 2 safeties in the game give him 3 on the season, a new single season league record.
