BlueCats Players to Visit Scott School Friday

EVANSVILLE, IN: The Evansville BlueCats are pleased to announce that the BlueCats players will make a visit to Scott Elementary School's annual Field Day this Friday, May 12th. Field Day activities will run throughout the school day. The BlueCats will arrive at approximately 12:45pm and be on hand to help run the annual 5th grade tug of war contest that traditionally concludes the school's field day activities. Activities will be cancelled if it rains.

The school day is over at 2:15pm. Scott Elementary School is located at 14940 Old State Road on the north side of Evansville.

Also this week, the Evansville BlueCats would like to remind fans about the BlueCats open practice this Thursday night Metro Sports Center. The team will be making final preparations for this weekend's game from 7-8pm, and the players and coaches will be available to meet with the fans, sign autographs, and do media interviews from 8-9pm. Thursday night practices at Metro Sports Center are free to attend and open to the public all season long.

The Evansville BlueCats will take on the Lexington Horsemen this Saturday night at Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY. Kickoff for Saturday night is scheduled for 6:30pm (Evansville time). All BlueCats road games can be heard on ESPN Radio 94.9.

The BlueCats return home on Saturday, May 27th, when they take on the Ohio Valley Greyhounds. This game will be sponsored by Expressway Dodge. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:05pm at Roberts Stadium.
