BlueCats Announce Father's Day Special

EVANSVILLE, IN: The Evansville BlueCats would like to announce that anyone who purchases a ticket to Saturday's game against the Peoria Rough Riders may receive an additional ticket for their father in honor of Father's Day. The game will be held at Roberts Stadium on Saturday, June 17th at 7:05pm. This game is sponsored by Gus Doerner Sports.
To claim your free ticket, all interested parties should bring their father to the Ticketmaster box office at Roberts Stadium on the day of the game and pick up a complimentary ticket.
With their playoff hopes on the line, the BlueCats (4-7) are striving to build off last week's success where they defeated in-state rival Fort Wayne 43-37 at Roberts Stadium. This week's contest will be the second meeting this season between BlueCats and Rough Riders with Evansville winning the first game 37-13. The Peoria Rough Riders (0-11) are looking to snap an 11 game losing streak and pick up their first win of the year. In last week's action, Peoria took on the undefeated defending UIF champion Sioux Falls Storm and lost 71-0 on the road. Expect some intense action as the BlueCats look move one step closer to the 2006 UIF Playoffs against the Peoria Rough Riders at Roberts Stadium this Saturday at 7:05p.m.
