Utah Blaze News Release
SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah Blaze announce the acquisition of defensive back EDDIE CANONICO (6-1, 195, Sacramento State) from the Los Angeles Avengers today. In exchange, the Blaze give future considerations to the Avengers. Terms of the contract were not disclosed due to team policy.
"This is a great move for us," said Blaze head coach/general manager DANNY WHITE. "Eddie's talent will definitely be an asset to our defense. We are excited to have him playing on our side instead of lining up against us."
