Florida Everblades News Release

ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades will take on a new look for next season as the team proudly announced today the unveiling of their 10th Anniversary logo and jerseys that will be used throughout the 2007-08 ECHL season.

The 10th Anniversary logo features the familiar alligator tail in the current Everblades logo crossing with a second alligator tail to form an X. The Florida Everblades name is spelled out over top of the X in Everblades navy blue and green.

"We wanted to incorporate an eye catching logo and a modern style jersey without losing the alligator identity." Everblades president and general manager Craig Brush said. "We feel we have accomplished that with this logo and I think our fans will like this new look."

The new uniforms that will be worn by the team during the 2007-08 season feature the 10th Anniversary logo on the front of them and will have a change in style from the jersey's worn by the Everblades over the past three seasons. The new uniforms will have vertical color stripes down the sleeves as opposed to the previous horizontal color stripes from the past. In addition, the front of the jerseys will feature the players number on the upper right chest. Be a part of the Everblades 10th Anniversary!
