Colorado Mammoth News Release
DENVER - After a five-year hiatus, the Colorado Mammoth has announced that 'Blackout Night' will return for the 2015 season. This year, the theme night will take place on Fri., Mar. 6 at 7pm MT as the Mammoth hosts the Toronto Rock on HealthONE Field at Pepsi Center.
"It's time to bring back what was once a home run for fans and the organization," said Mammoth president & general manager Steve Govett. "It was a night that used to sell out the building."
In the coming months, the Mammoth will unveil a new, edgier black jersey that will be worn by the team on 'Blackout Night'.
"The tremendous technological advances of Pepsi Center since we last hosted 'Blackout Night' promise to make this game even more special," said Govett.
Last month, Colorado announced that it will host 'Zombie Night presented by Colorado Lottery' on Fri., Feb. 13. The team will continue to announce this year's theme nights in December.
