Reno Bighorns News Release
RENO, Nev. - The Reno Bighorns will join forces with Hometown Health to host a Charitable Jersey Night on Friday, Feb. 19 to benefit the Each One. Tell One. organization when the Bighorns host the Fort Wayne Mad Ants at 7 p.m. at the Reno Events Center.
Bighorns players will wear custom Bighorns/Hometown Health jerseys that will be auctioned off throughout Friday's contest with all proceeds benefiting Each One. Tell One.
The in-game auction will feature the Each One. Tell One. pink and white poke-a-dot designed jersey with the top 10 overall bidders receiving the jerseys the following week. Fans interested in purchasing a jersey can bid throughout the game with the auction concluding at the end of the third quarter.
"Our goal from the partnership with Each One. Tell One. and Hometown Health is to bring more awareness about dense breast tissue," said President of Business Operations Keenan Polan. "Together with Each One. Tell One., we want to educate women about the importance of early detection and secondary screening. We invite the local community to pack the Reno Events Center with pink to support the cause."
