Bighorns Fall on the Road to Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE. IND, Jan. 13, 2015- The Bighorns fell to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants 153-131 Tuesday night at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, IN.

The Bighorns were paced by guard David Stockton with 28 points, six steals, and four assists. David Wear logged a double-double with 24 points, and 11 rebounds.

Andre Emmett led the Mad Ants with 33 points and five rebounds. Mad Ants forward Dahntay Jones totaled 30 points and four assists.

Going 6-8 from the field, Stockton led the Bighorns in the first quarter, tallying 13 points and three steals. Jordan Hamilton totaled 10 points in the quarter.

Wear led the Bighorns in the second, netting 10 points and adding five rebounds. Wear went 5-7 from the field in the quarter, while Stockton finished the quarter with a total of seven points.

During the third, Brady Heslip tallied six points, while Wear and Tajuan Porter added five points each.

In the final quarter of the game, Miller notched 12 points and two rebounds, while Stockton and Wear totaled six points each.

The Bighorns will continue on the road traveling to Santa Cruz for the 2015 NBA Development League Showcase and face the Westchester Knicks on Friday, Jan. 16 at 7:00 p.m. and the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Sunday, Jan. 18 at 7:00 p.m. Reno returns home Saturday, Jan. 24 to host the Los Angeles D-Fenders.
